Our promises
What we stand by
Every child is assigned a key person: one named member of staff who is particularly responsible for them, helps them find their feet when they start, and works with parents all the way through.
The key person promiseEvery member of our team of nine is enhanced DBS checked and fully trained in safeguarding, and most hold Level 3 paediatric first aid alongside NVQ childcare qualifications.
Safeguarding, as standardNew starters visit before their first day, meet their key person and complete an All About Me booklet, so we know each child's likes, routines and needs from day one.
Before the first dayCome and meet the team behind these promises.
