About us
Here is who we are, how we work, and why partnership with parents sits at the heart of everything we do.
Welcome
We believe all children are competent learners from birth, and that they develop in all sorts of different ways.
So we keep our days organised and balanced. We look carefully at how each child is cared for, think about their needs and interests, and use what we notice to plan an enjoyable learning experience across every area of their development.
And it all starts with one person: the key person.

The key person approach
Each member of staff is particularly responsible for a group of children. For your child, that means one familiar face from the very first day.
When they start
Their key person helps your child settle in those first days and weeks, until the setting feels like their own.
With you, as parents
They work with you to make sure what we provide is right for your child's particular needs and interests.
All the way through
They support your child's learning, development and achievements for the whole of their time with us.
Our setting
We have our own fenced garden and outdoor area, with a great variety of outdoor play equipment.
And because of our strong links with Willowbrook Primary School, the children also get to use the school playground, the field and the hall. Plenty of room to run, whatever the weather brings.

Uniform
Uniform is not compulsory here. We do encourage children to wear a polo shirt or sweatshirt with the nursery's logo (or both), which gives them a little extra comfort during activities.
If you would like to order one, just ask a member of the team.
Every new starter visits before their first day.
